    We'll call or text you directly to lock in the appointment and confirm your drop-off slot. No pre-payment is required.

Important Appointment Guidelines

  • ⏱
    Drop-off Timing: Interior and Full Details require a full day. Vehicles must be dropped off at our bay by 8:00 AM on the day of the detail, and are completed by 5:00 PM.
  • 🚗
    Sizing & Condition: Stated pricing covers standard vehicles. SUVs, trucks, and vans require additional time and may have sizing adjustments. Extreme pet hair, mold, or road tar may incur service charges.
  • 📍
    Location: Detailing takes place in our dedicated detailing bays inside Central Chevrolet, located at 811 Memorial Avenue, West Springfield, MA.
